Sushi Nori is dried and roasted seaweed used to wrap rice when making sushi.  Not only is it rich in ‘natural umami’ flavor, it can be used in many ways beyond traditional sushi rolls! It’s delicious simply torn into strips and used in salads or noodle dishes.
