The Grillo's Pickles recipe originated in Italy and has been passed down in the Grillo family for over 100 years. That's given us a lot of time to make sure it's perfect!We start with the highest grade, naturally crunchy cucumbers, adding fresh (never frozen!) white California-grown garlic and organic, fresh cut dill. Our hot varieties include one habanero pepper and one jalapeño pepper in each jar to guarantee a spicy result. Our Bread & Butter chips are made with a touch of raw sugar, mustard and celery seeds, yellow onion, and red bell pepper for a naturally sweet touch.
